Helping a new foster care agency get up and running.
Foster care is an important business, but People Who Foster wanted to avoid being corporate. It was important that the design struck a balance between professionalism and fun.
We achieved this by doing things like pairing the main body font Georgia with Caveat - used for headings and actions. Georgia is sturdy and dependable while Caveat is more personal.The brand colours are also bold, but not too bright or saturated.
The website was also about more than marketing. It also exists to provide tools to help the agency. A key feature was to create a secure members only area for carers and staff. People Who Foster could easily share training and procedure documents without resorting to mailing lists.
