Our task was to design & build MCS a new bespoke content managed website. We sat down with the guys at MCS and got to know their business inside out. This gave us a clear list of priority goals that needed to be achieved to streamline their working practice.

Top of the list was a repair tracking system for customers as they were finding they were constantly dealing with calls from people checking up on the status of their computer repair. We built a bespoke system that emails the customer every time the repair status is updated by the engineers at MCS, not only that the customer can also track their repair on the new website by entering their unique tracking number.

Other features that were built into the new site included; An online repair booking form, News feed with RSS subscription facility, Refurbished Store.

As well as the above MCS now have full control of their site content helping them keep the website fresh and up to date using our content management online control panel.

We cannot speak highly enough about the team at Blue House, right from the start not only did they listen to our requirements but made some great suggestions of their own. We are very happy with our new website which continues to work hard for us and we look forward to working with Blue House again very soon.
